These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Omnifleet fleet management platform and related services. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services and applications provided by Omnifleet ("Omnifleet", "we," "us," "our"). Omnifleet is a fleet management platform enabling organizations to track, manage, and optimize their vehicle fleets via our website (omnifleet.co) and mobile applications ("Applications").
By using our Applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use and request account closure by contacting support@omnifleet.co.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To use Omnifleet, you must be:
At least 18 years old, or have legal parental/guardian consent.
Able to enter a legally binding agreement.
When registering for an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are solely responsible for activities under your account.
3. Communication and Messaging Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and using Omnifleet services, you consent to receive automated and manual text messages (SMS/MMS) for:
Account verification and security purposes.
Service confirmations and alerts.
Service notifications and important updates.
Promotional offers (only if you have opted in separately).
SMS Terms:
Message frequency varies based on account activity and preferences.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
We do not charge fees for message delivery.
You must be 18 years or older, or have verified parental consent.
Consent is not required as a condition of using Omnifleet services.
Supported Networks:
Our messaging system supports major mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. International delivery availability and timing may vary based on local carrier networks.
Opt-Out and Help:
Reply "STOP" to any message to unsubscribe from all future SMS communication.
Reply "HELP" for assistance and support details.
Alternatively, contact support@omnifleet.co to manage preferences.
Unsubscribing may take up to 24 hours to process.
4. Use of Services
You agree to use Omnifleet Services solely for lawful purposes, including:
Fleet tracking and vehicle management.
Driver management and performance monitoring.
Maintenance scheduling and alerts.
Reporting, analytics, and data insights.
You may not exploit, tamper with, or use our Services for fraudulent or unauthorized commercial purposes.
5. Subscription and Billing
Access to Omnifleet services requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
Pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan.
Provide valid payment information and keep it current.
Automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with our refund policy.
6. Promotions, Rewards & Referrals
Omnifleet may occasionally offer:
Discounts, rewards, and referral bonuses.
Campaigns subject to specific terms, which will be clearly communicated.
We reserve the right to:
Modify or terminate any promotion at our discretion.
Withhold benefits in cases of abuse or policy violations.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:
You breach these Terms.
You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Unusual or suspicious behavior is detected.
Requested by regulatory authorities.
You may request account closure at any time by emailing support@omnifleet.co.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Your data is handled in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
SMS Data Handling:
Your mobile number is collected and stored only with your consent.
Message history is retained for compliance and customer support.
Your number is never sold or shared for third-party marketing.
You may request deletion of SMS-related data at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Omnifleet and Omnifleet Technologies are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Errors arising from user-submitted information.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, features, trademarks, and technology on the platform are the intellectual property of Omnifleet or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any part without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in WY, USA.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. For any material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app messages. Continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
